Pumpkin Spice Horchata

A Pumpkin Seed twist on the classic sweet drink.

  • Yields: 7-8 Cups


1 cup Pumpkin Seeds (Organic, Raw, Shelled)

1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

2 tbsp Honey

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 3/4 quart Coconut Water


1Roast The Pumpkin Seeds

2Grind the roasted pumpkin seeds

3Stir the Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Honey in a bit of warm water

4Blend all the ingredients with your coconut water (you could use regular water)

5Fine strain the liquid two to three times.

6Serve over ice with a splash of coconut milk and sprinkle some roasted pumpkin seeds
